3. Orders and Purchases

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or other legitimate circumstances.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All rights in Failure Driven Development, including its written content and other protected materials, remain with the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing the digital book provides the purchaser with access to their purchased copy for personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the book without appropriate authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Reproduce or distribute the digital book without authorization.

9. Refunds

Because our products are digital, purchases are generally non-refundable after the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions may apply in circumstances such as duplicate charges, delivery of the wrong product, a defective PDF, or technical problems preventing access.
