Thank you for purchasing from Programming Simplicity, operated by Paul Tarvydas.
Programming Simplicity currently sells digital products, including the book Failure Driven Development in PDF format. Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds after a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available to the customer.
However, we may consider a refund or other appropriate resolution in the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

You received the wrong digital product.

The PDF file is corrupted or defective.

A technical problem prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product.

There was an error with your order or transaction.
Technical Problems
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased book, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and, where possible, provide a solution or replacement copy.

Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
